Barbados generally experiences two seasons, one of which from June to November with higher rainfall known as the "Wet Season". As per the Koppen climate classification scale Barbados is regarded as a tropical monsoon climate. However, Barbados climate is a moderately tropical as the breezes of 12 to 16 km/h abound throughout the year.
